Rubens Korubin was born in Prilep in 1949. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 1974. He completed his postgraduate studies in the class of Professor Mladen Srbinović in 1976. From 1977 to 1979, he completed a study stay in Paris at L’École des Beaux-Arts under Professor Yankel.
Rubens Korubin lives and works in Skopje and is a full professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, Macedonia. He has participated in numerous exhibitions in Macedonia and abroad and has realized more than ten solo projects in Skopje, Belgrade, Paris, and elsewhere.
